Is located on the side of the road that connects La Fortuna de San Carlos with the Arenal Lake, with direct view of the Arenal Volcano, a World-famous volcano. The lodge has 65 spacious and comfortable rooms with two double beds, a/c and private bathroom with hot water.

Arenal Volcano National Park
The Arenal Volcano National Park is located in the Northern Region of the country, in the Tilaran Mountain Range. It belongs to Tilaran, San Carlos and San Ramon. This park protects important plant and animal species, commonly found in the rain and cloud forests, each with a high tourist and scientific value. The impressive and majestic Arenal Volcano features an almost-perfect cone at a height of 1,633 meters, whose regular eruptions offer one of the most extraordinary and imposing natural occurrences in Costa Rica. The Arenal is an active volcano which has been generating constant lava flows for the last 30 years. These lava flows with their incandescent rocks, its ash and rock throwing explosions and the sounds produced by the de-gasification of the volcano constitute part of its normal activity during the active period.

Volcano Lodge offers our guests the opportunity to enjoy our crystalline water swimming pools, which are meticulously treated to offer our visitors the best possible first impression of our facilities. The pools have a peculiar form which is a continuation of the image projected by the Lodge, which brings out a more beautiful way of looking at the Volcano. We feature an open air Jacuzzi that enhances relaxation amidst nature, with a magnificent view of the Volcano.

In addition, we offer exotic tropical gardens which surround our facilities and decorate the private terraces in each room. Guests will be able to observe all types of plants in our gardens, as we have a strict upkeep schedule in our green areas. Throughout the property you will be able to enjoy the superb and selective taste and the concern and protection of the environment, one of the hotel’s premises.

Restaurant
We feature one of the top and best known restaurants in La Fortuna de San Carlos. Our menu offers a wide selection as it incorporates flavors from Costa Rican and International cuisine. Allow us to offer a high quality restaurant service as we invite you to taste our house specialties. Our restaurant is boasts a central fish tank that generates a tasteful ambiance during breakfast, lunch or dinner time. During your visit you will have the opportunity to observe numerous murals depicting the local flora and fauna, which delicately decorate the establishment.
